David is a partner at Zamora de Claver, responsible for the Commercial Law and Litigation areas. His practice within these areas focuses on corporate law and M, corporate disputes and insolvencies, as well as litigation in highly complex matters.

He graduated in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid (class of 2014), specializing in private law. Subsequently, he completed the Double Master’s in Legal Practice and Business Law at the University of Navarra (class of 2015).

He has been practicing law since 2016. Before joining Zamora de Claver, he was part of Baker McKenzie and Zurbarán Abogados.

He is co-author of the article Disproportionate Sacrifice and Challenge of Approved Refinancing Agreements, Spanish Jurisprudence and European Directive on Early Restructuring, published in issue 31 of the Journal of Insolvency and Para-Insolvency Law (La Ley Publishing).
