Rocío is a Partner at Zamora de Claver, responsible for the areas of Commercial Law and Litigation. Within the commercial scope, she recurrently advises on corporate law, transactions (M&A), insolvency, restructurings and corporate conflicts.

She earned her Law Degree from the University of Seville (class of 2010). She complemented her education with an advanced legal program in M&A and Complex Operations at the IE, in addition to holding an Expert Diploma in Company Restructuring and Refinancing from Loyola University and an Expert Course in Corporate Law from the Cajasol Institute of Studies.

She has been practicing law since 2011. Before joining Zamora de Claver, she developed her professional career as a lawyer and partner at the firm Silva Valdés, S.L.P., where she held the position of Head of the legal area since 2021.
