Miguel is a lawyer at Zamora de Claver and performs his duties in the Litigation area of the firm. His practice focuses on civil and criminal litigation, assuming the legal direction in several judicial proceedings. Furthermore, he collaborates with the firm’s Commercial Law area.
Miguel graduated with a Law Degree from the University of Burgos (2014), where he also completed the Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession (2015). He also prepared to sit for public examinations (oposiciones) for the Legal Counsel Corps of Castilla y León for two years (2016-2018). He obtained a Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property, Industrial Property and New Technologies from the Universidad Internacional de la Rioja (2020). He is currently preparing his Doctoral Thesis in Competition Law and Intellectual Property at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
He has been practicing law since 2022. Before joining Zamora de Claver, he practiced law independently and in collaboration with professional firms in Burgos and Valladolid.
He is the author of the article La Política de Clemencia: Mordaza al principio de libre competencia. Miguel is also the co-author of the book Derechos humanos e inteligencia artificial: amenazas y desafíos (Aranzadi, 2024).
