Mª Teresa is a lawyer at Zamora de Claver and is the head of the White-Collar Crime and Compliance Department.

A specialist in Procedural Law, she serves as lead counsel in civil and criminal proceedings. She has extensive professional experience in criminal court proceedings, having developed her career in White-Collar Crime. She has provided preventive legal advice to companies and executives, as well as defense representation before the National Court (Audiencia Nacional). Additionally, she has participated in International Judicial Cooperation proceedings.

She graduated in Law from the University of Córdoba. She was a candidate for the Judicial Career for four years. She holds a Double Master’s Degree in Business Law and Access to the Legal Profession from the University of Navarra. She also completed a Course in White-Collar Crime from the Catholic University of Murcia – INEAF, and an Advanced Specialization Course in Criminal Law – ICAM.

He has been practicing law since 2019. Before joining Zamora de Claver, she was part of Molins Criminal Defense, Bajo & Trallero and Ortego & Cameno Lawyers, developing her work in the litigation area.
