Héctor is an advisor at Zamora de Claver and carries out his activities in the litigation area. His practice is focused on civil and criminal litigation, primarily framed within the insurance industry, handling all types of claims and assuming the defense and management of contractual and non-contractual liability arising from them.

He obtained his Law degree from the University of Salamanca. Subsequently, he completed the Master’s in Legal Practice at CUNEF University (2023-2025), complementing his education with specialized studies in insurance through the E-Learning Institute of Insurance.

Before joining Zamora de Claver, he developed his professional activity at LaBE Abogados and Signaa Asesores y Abogados firms, where he acquired solid experience in legal advisory, especially in matters of civil liability and insurance.
