Clara Molina González

Clara is a lawyer at Zamora de Claver and is part of the Renewable Energy team.

In her area of specialization, she provides legal advice to both national and international clients regarding the structuring and processing of renewable energy projects. Her responsibilities encompass the management of corporate matters, including M&A operations, the negotiation of agreements and contract drafting, as well as litigation concerning contentious-administrative proceedings.

Clara possesses a solid international background. She obtained an international dual degree in Law (2020-2024): a Law Degree from the University of Granada (UGR) and a Juris Doctor of Law from Stetson University College of Law (Florida, USA), as a recipient of a full academic merit scholarship. Additionally, she passed the New York Bar Exam in February 2025 and has been admitted to practice law in the State of New York. Simultaneously, she completed the Master’s Degree for Access to the Legal Profession at Universidad Alfonso X El Sabio (UAX).

Prior to joining the firm, she completed a judicial internship at the 6th Judicial Circuit Court in St. Petersburg, Florida, where she drafted legal memorandums on Data Privacy, Intellectual Property, and Commercial Law. As part of her pro bono service, she assisted vulnerable individuals with Family Law matters and landlord-tenant disputes.
