Borja is a lawyer at the Madrid office of Zamora de Claver, where he is part of the Litigation and Digital Law teams.

His professional practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, taking part in dispute resolution and court proceedings related to the insurance sector, civil liability and contractual relationships. He also works on matters related to Digital Law and the legal challenges arising from new technologies.

Borja completed the Double Degree in Law and Business Administration at the University of Navarra (2018-2024), where he later completed the Double Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession and Digital Law (2024-2025).

He continues to expand his training by attending courses, conferences and seminars related to his practice areas, as well as through case-law analysis and the writing of legal articles.
